How does Corsa Facile work?

Download the app, enter your destination, choose your ride type (Taxi, NCC, Private or Carpooling) and confirm.
You'll see the final price before booking!

Can I know the ride price before booking?

Yes! On Corsa Facile you always see the estimated final price before confirming your ride. No surprises.

What is the difference between Taxi, NCC, and Private Drivers?

Taxi: Price calculated with the municipal taximeter.
NCC: Fixed price agreed before the ride.
Private Drivers: Price based on per-kilometer rate + fuel cost + commission.

How do return trips work?

If the driver needs to return to the starting point, the fare includes the return trip cost for distances over 5 km.

Can I share a ride (carpooling)?

Yes, we offer a carpooling service to save money and reduce environmental impact.

How is safety guaranteed?

All drivers are verified through document and professional checks. In addition, every ride is GPS -tracked and you can share your trip in real-time with friends or family directly from the app.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking directly through the app before the ride starts. In some cases, a small cancellation fee may apply if you cancel too late.
